I hate to be a doomer boomer , but this is the inevitable result of over hiring in government and subsidized jobs. And problem number two, resistance to Trump’s plans . I’m glad my faith is in God , because the future is not looking bright.

Regardless of the why, the big challenge facing the US economy is the declining employment population ratio. We simply are not creating the number of jobs we need for the population we have.

Ideally, we would be creating the new jobs in goods producing sectors. Those are generally the ones with highest average wage. But no matter what sectors produce the jobs, America needs to produce much, much more of them.
